Delete your ANIMA account

You can permanently delete your ANIMA account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

1. Open ANIMA and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm twice (Delete Everything, then Yes, Delete It).

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@anima-app.net from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my ANIMA account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request to make sure it really comes from you.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password, display name, and avatar
• Every intention and reflection you have written, in every practice
• Your session history, progress, and milestones

This cannot be undone. Copies in routine backups are overwritten within a limited period afterwards.

What is kept

Nothing linked to you is kept, except where the law requires us to. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play stay in your Apple or Google account history, under their own policies.
